Delivery and Returns
At Ali's Babas we hope you are happy with every purchase you make, but if there is any reason you need to return an item we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify, goods must be returned to us within 14 days, tags/tickets must still be intact and clothing unworn. Any gifts must still be in the original packaging and any free gifts must be included.
We do not take any responsibility for the parcel until it reaches our store so we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending parcels back to us.
Please allow 5-10 days for refunds to appear in your bank account, all refunds will be processed to the same account that the purchase was made less postage charges.

What happens next?
Once we receive your return we aim to process it within 3 working days. We will send you an email to confirm a refund or exchange has been made. Please note all banks have different processing times and can take up to 10 days to show on your account. This is completely out of our control.
How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
